JUST AN ENGINE!!! NOT A GAME!!! Yeah, so, this is just a western engine that I am working on. Idk if Scratch can support as many clones as I need. It is Much better with sound turned up!!! I do not have music, but I have some nice sound effects. Anyways, I decided to make a western because those are not very common on scratch. Also, please enjoy staring at Clint Eastwood, because he took me 4 hours to draw. (I'm no good at drawing anyways.) If you go left you will come across an unfinished town, so it's probably best to stay out. I would also like to say that the rooster you hear crowing is named Cogburn. You can find him if you go to the right. !!!!!!!!!Also, I reached the limit for the number of clones you can have, and I sadly cannot make any more. When I try to make a new terrain, it just doesn't clone it or does not assign the clone a position to go to. I would LOVE it if you could find a way for me to keep working on this. -Update- I just thought of using the pen to continue this, so there may be more to come! :D WASD to move. Press E to enter a building (if door is lit up) Hold Q just before you put your gun away to do a spin. (for looks) Space to draw your gun and either press space rapidly (fires quickly if done properly) or hold space to shoot 6 rounds. To cancel, release space, or move. I ADDED A CACTUS TO THE LEFT OF THE SCREEN THAT YOU CAN SHOOT AT!!!! Because the terrain is flat I had to add a cactus that is level with the gun. (because you can only shoot straight) I added really cool effects when you hit stuff. Days last one and a half minutes and nights last one minute. Find the Easter eggs, and enjoy! Also, I cannot explain the physics behind his stiff poncho, or the fact that he is accurate while not aiming properly. I also cannot explain how he holsters his revolver and it instantly reloads. :T Just enjoy walking around in the wild west, out in the middle of nowhere. The finished game will have shooting, (ADDED!) a plot, and be sort of open world. (If I don't break Scratch before then) Update: BROKEN
Thanks to @ScratchBoy179 for fixing a lot of bugs! Thanks to for the name Graphic-wise, this is probably my best game ever. Making the map is a HUGE pain. This is Clint Eastwood, btw. Warning! This game has some alcohol if you look VERY VERY closely! There is also a drunk asleep in a chair in one of the houses! I would be mad if someone reported me for alcoholic usage in my game when I have worked very hard on it! UPDATES- - helped fix a glitch with wall sensing and costuming. -added shooting, and spinning your gun. (because why not?) -Added house that you can enter. -added day/night cycle, along with various random sounds that will play, such as crickets chirping, dogs barking, roosters crowing, etc. -Added more houses that you can enter, and a stable! If you have any good name ideas for this western game, please let me know.
