(The directional cues are messed up and I don't know why) Wait until the green and red dots change position, then click to start. You'll see directional cues before the dots start moving. At each turn, the solid dots make a clone. The blue dot will stick to your cursor, and the clones will start moving towards it. Touch a green, and you'll get a point. Get hit by a red, and you'll lose 3. Clones will expire after a bit. Get over 20 points, and you win. Let the score reach below -20, and you lose.
