Grandpa semi is a "supposedly" cut character from UNDERTALE, there is a short song called "grandpa semi" that just plays metal crusher but is very basic. And in the papyrus page of the undertale artbook toby adds a note that says "has a brother named sans" and some blacked out words, which I assume is "and a grandpa named Granpa semi". I haven't made an overworld sprite because I have a feeling Grandpa Semi will make a re-appearance in deltarune, I think this because toby wouldn't have blacked out the words in the sketches if Grandpa Semi was totally scrapped.
