Lots of times we just want to fit in, but we should stand out. It should be black and white. I know you have probably heard this illustration a million times because it is very commonly used, but we are oil, and the world is water. We are separated. If you shake u that jar of oil and water, they mix for a little bit, but if you wait a few minutes, they separate again. We should be "Jesus Freaks" and the song is great, and both of the books. >>> ii. What is our home? -- our home is heaven. We should be looking forward to being home. We are ambassadors from heaven, and we are sent to this world to share the gospel. >>> iii. We are Exiles - Since we are not a part of this world, we will feel different and secluded from the rest of the world. They will hate us, and scorn and shame us for our beliefs, but look forward to your home in heaven.
