Use the up and down arrow keys to move; Left and right to turn. Use the spacebar to shoot. Press X to set landmines, and press S to detonate them. Press Z to reload the gun. (Like you'll ever need to) You can also heal when you have 60$ (by pressing C) but I'm pretty sure you don't need to do that.
