Long ago a water wolf was born in the Twilight Tribe a Defect more specifically, one who could only fadely glow named Hydra, yes it was to be said that she should have been then left on land shortly after wards, but instead of throwing her out, her father (Pelican) tried his hardest to keep her in the Twilight Tribe, he begged Chironex to have Hydra stay, and after haveing to make an agreement to serve some moons on sea grass gathering and becoming a Protector, Hydra was able to stay... but her mother(Coral) was very much disgusted and displeased with Pelican's actions since he went against the Law of 7 Seas, she then her self left the Twilight Tribe and never returned sense, no one knows what happened to her. ANyways fast track forward about mmmmmmmm 7 1/2 moons, Hydra was about to get her trainer, who would then teach/train her for about 3 1/2 moons until she becomes a Water spirit (a wolf who has mastered all of its powers and training), when the incident happened.... her father, was, viciously killed by a huge barracuda, just one of the dangers in the ocean to all tribes. A few day's after wards, Chironex decided that since Pelican wasn't there to protect Hydra anymore, (and that the promise she made with him can't continue on anymore, bc he's dead) that it was time to get rid of Hydra. And that's exactly what she did, she and practically everyone (except her friends Ray and Otter) in the Twilight Tribe drove Hydra out of there Tribe camp and and far away on land where she could never return to the water, ever again. Info about zee wolf here Hydra-female-Water wolf-Defect-pan-friendly-stubborn-moody-loyal-doesn't trust others easily- bottles up emotions-quiet-determined!- before she left she tried to argue her case and verbally fight back on the the decision that was made for her to leave. Water wolves Water wolves is a species of wolves that can breathe under water, and shape-shift from having half a tail to all paws, the markings of a water wolf will glow, each water wolf family has its own glow color, so they know who all is related to them. And how to find each other, they can talk under water or use there markings to communicate to each other under water as well. They had gills but they're hidden under all that fur. The markings are only able to glow when you have been laying in the moonlight for awhile. (sunlight doesn't work), sometimes (very VERY rarely) when a water wolf is born, there markings will have a very faded glow, or no glow at all. This is what they call a Defect, usually when defects are born, they are abandoned on land far from the ocean by their families and their whole tribe. (its the Law of 7 Seas it must be done) (Side note: Defects can try to strengthen there glow by moonlight, but it usailly never works. Anything that makes a tribe weak must go...
