In addition to the 3 mugshots I had already made (Astrology Man, Voodoo Man, and Butterfly Woman), I remade all other mugshots. Of those 3, some minor edits were made to ensure all of the sprites had the same color palette, and to make the mugshots fit their frames more effectively. A rule of thumb I always use when making a mugshot is that the bottom, left, and right sides of the square must always be at least 1 pixel of black, but the top outline can extend. I both like and dislike the fact that, since each mugshot was drawn/edited in a different visual style, it looks like several different people made each of them. It's something that's not noticeable until all 8 of them are on the same screen. 3.2 edit: I touched up on some of the mugshots and fixed some errors. I liked the edits by @cs4417822 on Astrology Man so I added them in and tweaked them a third time.
