Here's my entry, made all on Scratch!! Credit to @creatorofflowers for the glitch effect code, all other code made by me! This is my OC/Fursona, Blue! I worked on this for a while, sorry for not posting anything for a long time. I was trying to figure out how to work some things but this turned out pretty good in the end!!! Credit to @Sarrow-the-fluff for the original lineart!!
