hello! sry i was gone so long, anyways,here is a rotating DTA! DTA stands for draw to adopt, where you draw the character, and if you you win, the character will be yours. Rules~ .no tracing or bases .has to be your art .enter for as many as you want but can only win up to 5 characters .if you win credit me for design .you DO NOT have to ask to join .please make your entry a remix,helps me keep track of entrys .no advertising .dont be upset you didn't win,there will be another chance .if you use the base, please credit ,me for it .I might not reply to all comments,so yeah. :T if you have an idea for a design, please tell in comments.
