Since a ton of the new players have been obviously confused about how the RP works thanks to its complexity, I decided to compile a handy directory of who is in charge of certain aspects of it or can answer your questions thanks to their experience.
A project by me and @roitwell should be coming out soon to explain to new players what they should do immediately after they join the RP, too.
