Singapore is the second-most overrated country in the world. It really is. I have seen SO MANY PEOPLE all over the internet who said they liked Singapore in some way. But what's so good about this tiny country, which shouldn't even exist, that doesn't exist in other countries? Probably not much! And it really is kind of a bad country. It has some really bad laws. I'll give you some examples: Chewing gum is banned and any outdoor gathering of at least five people requires a permit. And I don't care that it's really rich, several countries are even richer, even in terms of GDP per capita. So that's why those music notes translate to "This country is overrated!". There are music notes because of the "Sing" in SINGapore's name. They replace the crescent because it is a symbol of Islam, which is kind of reserved for the "Arab states" and the stars because it was too difficult to keep them in the flag and put them somewhere else. And the "pore" sounds like "pour", so the purple stuff at the bottom of the flag is being poured in. I replaced the color white with the color purple because white is such a boring color. I think it should be replaced with any other color besides red. Black, orange, cyan, fern green, you name it. I just replaced it with purple because that is the default color in the Scratch art editor so it would take the least amount of time. Boom, fixed your flag!
