1-3: Shadow Village. A small, dumpy town with houses that have roofs usually made of straw. Most houses have a basement that is hard to get to, as the town is notorious for its numerous assassinations and riots. Most people who stop to see the town are travelers. The town has a single road, not counting the small snaking trails from the doorsteps of the houses. Many houses are surrounded by blackberry bushes and are mostly left alone. Most houses have almost no windows, maybe two at most. King Beetle resides in a country-club-like cabin along with his chancellor Seth Riddle. 4-6: River Town. A simple village filled with cottages. Most cottages host two to three families at once, as the host families are usually wealthier than the others. So, there is naturally less houses than families in about a 2-1 ratio. The Cadmus River is about two miles away from the town, and runs throughout the entire territory, even a little into the Wind Tribe's land. Several docks line the long river and are mostly in use, spare a few rotten, broken ones owned by ended bloodlines. Ser Blazing lives in a particularly large house with his large family. 7: Crests of the Colonies. River Town's crest is a picture of a man of mixed descendance holding fire. It is supposed to represent a gift from the gods and how it brings the many races together as one being. Shadow Village's crest is of a crescent moon and two stars rising above a mountain with a trail leading up it. It signifies their gods as the moon and his children, the stars, and how if man climbs up the trail and conquers the mountain, he will be with them. It represents life as they see it, in short. Thunder City's crest looks fairly straightforward. In their religion, the Thunder City's residents were born from a kind lightning bolt named Antigone, who split into two beings: a dragon named Ytreal and a (mythical) being called Andreas*. From them, several races spawned and blah blah you get the point. The lightning and cloud is protecting the city from sickness and death in the crest. The Wind Tribe's crest is of a rabbit named D'Leoria, the first rabbit. It was she who made the tunnels snaking under the Wind's land and blessed the land to be running with her progeny forever. Then a large, evil demon named Ferik came and brought his sons, Tiefling and Dwarf. Dwarf was good and made many tools to work the land. Tiefling, however, was evil like his father, and cursed the land with foxes and badgers to hunt the rabbits and take them away from D'Leoria. Dwarf disapproved of this and struck Tiefling down, but not before Tiefling had many children with Human, each bearing his name. Dwarf's friend Elf came and blessed the foxes and badgers to only k!II when they were hungry. Okay, I hope you don't mind me making up an entire fricking Pantheon for these guys, but Cinna is a Cleric, so yeah,, :,) *Andreas was a creature resembling Echidna, the mother of the monsters in Greek Mythology. Lots of this stuff is kinds based on Greek Mythology, mainly the Cadmus River's namesake, and Antigone's name. But Antigone (the lightning bolt) is supposed to be Zeus, as he made a second race of people. Here, they are the first races, and gradually kinda degraded, like the god spawn of Atlantis in mythology.
