(Update: DTA is cancelled sorry, I don't feel like I got enough results to conclusively judge this and I've also left scratch at this point) So uh yeah. I couldn't get what I wanted to finish done in thyme so this happened. It was meant to be flower themed but I kinda went off the rails, I'm not sure `what` happened with a couple of these. I kinda messed up which flowers bloomed when due to the articles being confusing but shhhhhhh. FYI this `is` supposed to be based on NZ blooming. General Rules: -Bonus points for backstories if you do a drawing, multiple drawings get bonus points -Code is in the project -You may do an entry with both writing and art -Do not be disrespectful to other contestants or the host -Do not plagiarize, all art/prose must be your own, no using bases, AI, tracing or recolouring. -Do not claim the design is your own -There is a code hidden in here in the form of a question (the answer is the codeword, it isn't a particularly difficult question), place it somewhere in you project/description/N+C when you remix. It is quite well hidden. -Entries will close one month after all designs get at least `3' entries Prose-specific rules: -Must be between 1,'5`00 and 4950 characters. -Please use correct grammar, I would recommend proofreading it a few `times`. (This includes stuff like using a comma at the end of spoken sentences, new paragraphs when the location changes and a new line when a different character is speaking.) -It can be in either American or Traditional English, I do not mind if it is in first or third person. -I won't necessarily disqualify you for placing your story in a universe that you don't own but original universes are preferred. -Your work must be a proper story, not a summary of events. Visual art-specific rules: -Artworks must be completely coloured, shading can be basic or detailed. -There will be bonus points for doing '2' or more artworks -No tracing, recolours or bases. All art must be your original work. -You are allowed to change the designs slightly, just keep it recognizable. (Anthro is ok) Tips: -If drawing, I would recommend using a different art program and a canvas size of 960x720 -Use descriptive language when writing -Enter for multiple designs -Research the meanings of the flowers. Symbolism is fun. -IK this is random but if you are doing an indoor background you will probably get lots of extra points for including specific species that I can recognize. Honestly attention to detail in general will get you extra points. Entries so far: January Rose: 1 February Carnation:1 March Chrysanthemum:1
