Share and find level codes: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/536337/ (Please keep in mind that any custom blocks in this version will not exist in the version this forum is made for. If you wish to upload your levels to this forum, please make sure that there are no custom elements such as any autumn elements.) Scroll down for help if Scratch keeps saying to reload. Read the Instructions: Maker Controls: Movement: WASD or Arrows Switch Tools (PLACE or ERASE): Q Open Item Inventory: I Navigate Menus: Scroll Wheel or Click On Screen. Move Faster: Hold Space while Moving. Use the On-Screen buttons to Select Items or Menus. Player Controls: Movement: WASD or Arrows Sprint: Hold Space Jump: W or Up Arrow Crouch / Slide: S or Down Arrow Pickup Item: Space Use Door: S or Down Arrow Use Pipe: WASD or Arrows in direction of entrance. Each Powerup has different Movement capabilities, experiment with them to find out how to use each one. IF THE GAME KEEPS TELLING YOU TO RELOAD, reload the page then open another tab as soon as the Instructions box (this text box) shows. Return to this tab after ~10 seconds and it should be loaded. You may also want to try using Turbowarp, which seems to be slightly better at loading the project: https://turbowarp.org/631937761 (keep this tab open too as Notes and Credits don't appear on Turbowarp, so get the forum link here) The loading issue is not a fault of this project, but an issue with Scratch itself. If you are having lag issues, make sure the Hardware Acceleration option in the chrome browser settings is enabled. Otherwise performance will drop heavily. Scroll down for changelogs. All original code credit as well as all of the game goes to BenjaminWins11 and you should definitely check out the original if you have a keyboard. All code for mobile support and other things listed in changelogs goes to me. If you’re having issues loading levels from codes, it is possible that the level is from a newer version that contains blocks/background that do not exist in this version. The autumn background and other elements come from Super Mario Maker World Engine. Changelogs: Better support for mobile in editor. Optimized sprite consumption for mobile controls. Added volume control. All elements are now supported. Project is now based on the latest version of the original!!! (It only took 5 hours) Lava lifts now function normally. The volume slider now still works after stopping the project. Music now speeds up when timer reaches 100 or less. Using the run toggle will increase speed in editor. Volume will not reset to 100 when clicking the flag. Controls no longer disappear after completing a loaded level. Added autumn background, music, and ground have been added as custom blocks. Added leaf ground block to inventory as custom block. The game will now ask you if you want to turn off mobile controls when it detects you using a keyboard. Y to disable the prompt, and H to disable mobile input. Project can now detect its version through cloud variables. Added quit button to main menu which stops the project. Added return to main menu button in inventory (does not save project). Future Plans: I don't have any so feel free to make suggestions in the comments!
