Hello guys, gals, and nb pals! I know it's been a long, long while since any of you have seen activity from me or this account, but I'm here to explain why I've been gone for nearly two years. - - - - - Back in 2019,, I was 12. An idiot, if I might. I caught feelings for someone and got shut down by scratch team [for obvious reasons]. This didn't stop me and that person from moving elsewhere and continuing our relationship. i submitted an appeal,, but i really never got back to it. In early 2020, I made a new account under the name of Tawny_Tea [it's dead, don't go check it]. I was there for a while, and you can probably find comments from that account scattered around my projects if you look. At that time, I was going through a lot, between having just kicked my mom out of the house, the new concept of "virtual school," the rise of covid19, and the beginning of me questioning my sexuality. My sona during this time was still the sona you see in most of my projects on this account; a brown feline with green eyes named Tawny [the cat one on the left in the thumbnail drawing]. She'd been my sona for so many years-- easily since her creation in 5th grade as "Tawnyspots,," a warriors OC designed to look like myself. After ending my relationship with the person I got banned over, I didn't feel so attached to Tawny anymore. I associated her entirely with all of the stuff that had gone down between my ex and I, and I didn't want to hang onto that emotional baggage in the form of a character. I had been animating a cat face one time and made a random design to go on it. I ended up really really liking the design, and later expanded it to an entire cat. I called this cat Honey, because she was yellow, and both of those things were my favorite things at the time. Honey [the cat on the right in the thumbnail image] went on to become my sona. I used to draw her with a feminine chest but after a while, whether it be by the fact that did a lot of quick, low effort doodles of her, or by a change within myself, I started drawing her flat chested. I later came out as non-binary, but left Honey's pronouns as she/her. soon after kinging honey as my sona, I moved to my current account, @honeycloves-, which is where I currently reside. the rest of the story is long and unimportant, so let me sum it up: i got really into ToPH after somehow finding 's cameo thing for Spring Melodies or whatever game she was working on-- she'd really just started the series then. after a while she released the link for a ToPH disc server, which I joined. It was kinda dead, however, so i let it sit in my server list for a while. I sorta "left" scratch after a while, making myself a new home on disc, mostly among irl and some online friends. I had the idea to check the ToPH server in November of 2020 and it somehow wasn't dead anymore. Extremely long story short, the server has since then grown and expanded, and I'm a proud mod of this server. [pls dont call me a disc mod i'll cry,, ,] The server is my home and my everything, and no I will not be giving you the link, i've been banned enough times. In December of 2020, I started an Among Us comic called Yellow Impostor [it's a wip,, ive been working on it for a year and it's moving so slow istgggg] with a very good friends of mine, . It's a very important thing to the both of us, since it marks the beginning of our friendship and is also a passion project we both put a lot of love into. I also FINALLY got Minecraft in August of 2020[??] and i can play my comfort game. I also finally beat Undertale, haven't played either instance of Deltarune yet [ily spamton and queen,,,,], and have expanded my music taste to be more than "megalovania" [Shady Cicada, Twelve Foot Ninja, Jack Stauber, Lemon Demon, Toby Fox, c148, and KawaiSprite-- I SEE YOU] - - - - - I'm 15 as of the 26th of January, 2022. I've gotten so much better at art, music [i think??], and character design over the past few years,, and looking back on this trash heap of an account, I really can't express how much I've missed it. That being said, however, I won't be moving back here. I will keep this account as an alt though, and might post garbage content here once in a while when I think it's funny.
