The sand blew under Dusk's claws as she walked along the desert. Her half-brothers, Barb and Cholla were behind her, both hissing in a heated argument. They just finished their first year in Jade mountion, Though both Cholla and Barb barley made any progress. They were normal, unlike Dusk, who had blue under her belly and neck and blue stripes on her wings and a bit on her face. Nothing normal came from her, She couldn't breath fire and she always thought the desert was dangerously hot. She knew perfectly why, her father was a Seawing named Oyster, Prince Oyster to be in fact. "Would you shut your mouths! Please!" She hissed, sounding more of a chirp. Cholla snorted. "U, No, not when you sound like that!" "Be nice, Cholla!" Barb hissed, uncurling his tail and showing his black barbed tail. "I will use it!" "Oh, sooo scary, two bad every Sandwing has that, even Dusk has a barb on her tail!" Cholla pointed out. "Your name 'Barb' dose not make it unique." Barb let out a growl, leaping at his brother, talons outstretched and clawing at every scale of Cholla he could grasp. Dusk pushed Barb of his brother, though it was hard, Barb being way bigger then her. "Come you two, We are almost home!" She growled as Barb let go of Cholla's neck and nodded. Cholla scrambled out from under him. The three sibling made there way home, trough the wasteland they called the desert.
