This doesn't use any costumes. Use up/down arrows to change quality (once it's finished loading). I found 2 about the best for my laptop.
All credit to @Finlay_Cool, I just made this new FMV, I am thinking of upgrading the rendering system, possibly allowing for higher framerates/triangles.
