Mushroom collector as you thought collects mushrooms, he lives in a small poor village which is shortly famous for their small hand made souvenirs, especially their mushroom stew... Which is made by Mushroom his self, He started off making it for his sick parents but when they passed he no longer had anyone to make it for... A guest came to stay at the town and stayed at Mushroom's parent's hotel (Which he now owns) He served the stew to the guest and the traveler enjoyed it, so greatly he told everyone about it.
