Press G for the G string (yellow). Press C for the C string (red). Press E for the E string (blue). Press A for the A string (green).
Thanks to PeterVan for the original project ukulele hero. My changes include changing the game from a random set of notes to an open-string song my students will be learning to play on the ukulele. I added a backing track that aligns with this song. I also added string names and changed the keystrokes to match to string letter names.
