I have made it quite minimal in coding, but at least you should be able to understand it if you've been on scratch for a little while... YOU CAN ADD OTHER THINGS if you wish. I tried base coding for pi charts in a different project (unshared) but it became very complex and i want to make this simple since all we're doing is literally asking a question... ALL THIS CODE IS OPTIONAL. you don't even have to track the replies people have in the project. you can just ask a question and that's it if you want.
