Despite this, she was always very lonely. He tried everything to make a friend who would stay with him. But yet everyone would just end up using her, the second she ran out of food and they could take care of themselves, they were gone. This went on for a long time, people staying with him for the winter and take her food and resources, and in the spring they would cut all contact with Gloom. Eventually Gloom realized that there was no point trying to form a healthy relationship with another animal of the same intelligence level as her. So in turn, she resorted to talking to snails. His house was filled with them. It made her so happy that she was able to find someone who wouldn't just take everything and leave. Gloom was particularly close with one snail, named Joy. Her colors would change between purples and pinks depending on the lighting, and sometimes they would even be blue. Gloom kept living with all of her snail friends, and she was happy. But during this time he also was starting to have identity problems. Gloom kept telling himself that she was happy and fine, even though it was hard to get up everyday, she was constantly tired, and kept finding himself feeling more jealousy towards the snails rather than love. Why did they get to be so many different colors and shapes and they all cared about each other? How come it was almost impossible to tell if they were male or female? Gloom kept feeling like this for a long time and sometimes even felt tempted to hurt the snails. And then he realized that she was perfect the way she was. Who cared what he looked like, it was his body. Gloom asked to be called certain things and be treated certaint ways, and for the people who respected that, good for them. And for the people who didn't, they didn't deserve to be in her life. So Gloom kept living with his snails, doing things he wanted to without worrying about what other people thought, and she was happy. ➣ there and nice wholesome ending for you all >:) sorry if that was cheesy or anything, it still needs to be worked on more until it reaches its final result. Maybe I'll add more art sometime. That's all for now lovelies, bye bye >;) ➣ ➣ credits ↴ ➣ Code ▪ m e ➣ Audio ▪ credits inside ➣ OC ▪ Gloomy (he/she) ➣ ➣ YouTube ↴ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH-4RCwRkzt1D_Vz2DhdmJA/featured
