Click (or space bar) to gain points. Cursor gives you 1 cash per second, hand-cursor doubles the cash you get when you click. Farm gives you 7 cash per second, and cloning machine let's you duplicate something (but you can only use it once). Cursor costs 10, hand costs 15, farm costs 50 and cloning machine costs 500. They all (except cloning machine) increase in price when you buy them.
