This is my concept art for Bjarke Dargun (information in comments section) Backstory: Bjarke has been a shapeshifter since he was very young. The bear ears that he has aren't at all functional, but he was born with them. His parents are pretty wealthy from both being shapeshifting villains themselves. His father, Loki, encouraged him to attend the Academy. He wanted his son to be successful in evildoing, too. In reality, Bjarke is pretty warm-hearted and kind, although he does want to live up to that evil lifestyle. He doesn't know what kind of antihero he wants to be, but he hopes the Academy will help him learn.
