this is Victor, he is the Anti-villain of the story. His twin sister, Vandelle, left the corruption, an organization built by their father and uncle. so to him, she betrayed him. Then the people she defected to killed their father. (it was the only way to stop him, since he could teleport and could never be restrained) His best friend left the corruption as well, to be with the heros of the story. soon after, when all was lost and he had no one to go to, he became the villain. Ready to destroy everyone who ruined his life.
