Create a Bob to add to the multiverse. All Bobs will be inspected to see if they meet Scratch TOS. You can do whatever you want with it, it just has to somewhat resemble the OG character. You can remove the mic. ONE RULE: NO RECOLORS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Be creative. Recoloring is too easy. (Especially as it's a vector.)
