To avoid the all-too-common confusion where new players don't fully understand the rules and make a lot of actions they don't realise aren't allowed, which then have to be decanonised, here is a basic question-and-answer project that should make the more complex rules a bit more straightforward. Most problems seem to be related to how the tech tree works, so new players, please at least read those bits.
