[You can change names or personality's if you win the design] CC: CC rules: 1: You can change the lineart, but not to the point that you can't tell it's the same. 2: No STEALING 3: no inappropriate things Things that will increase your chance at winning the cc: Animation shading changing the line-art a little putting a backdrop things that will decrease your chance of winning the cc: Not putting any effort purposefully making it look bad laggy animation STEALING changing the line-art too much not changing or adding much of anything and just fillinf in the colors.
