If you're the Heavenbrand-type draw a unique, horror game monster. I guess it counts as a both, since that was the idea. It's just a very busy businessman((coughreapercoughorsmth)) going to work carrying his suitcase ((coughfullofsoulscough)). He's in a hurry so I'd advise you not to get in his way (or else...)
