Here's the actual picture: http://wildgirln.deviantart.com/art/Wildcat-s-Dress-535396252 I chose the simple, short design because Wildcat likes to be free and not have her limbs restricted, plus she runs and flies around a lot and would get hot in a long dress. The bright stripes are to show her bright and perky personality (I think they look kind of like ice cream!) and the spikes are just in case she needs to fight while wearing the dress. The gloves are to protect her hands.
