I had to get past a very big writer’s block around the time of Blue World Parkour which is why that game isn’t exactly the best, but I’m finally back and ready to make better games with more than just platforming. This is also the first game in a while that doesn’t have a scrolling camera. This game is very complex (compared to my other games) and I dont know how to make this work with a scrolling camera as of right now, because i would then have to track the enemies positions off camera and stuff like that which is very advanced. I do want to eventually try to get that to work because playing this game with a scrolling camera would be amazing. Feb 23 update - fixed bugs with ninja stars getting stuck in walls behind you and with them not killing enemies when they should have hit. changed level 6 to more clearly show game mechanics and slightly tweaked some things Feb 25 22 update - made the timer more consistent and look more fluid. also made the final level splits you see at the end more accurate to the actual times you got Mar 1 22 update - fixed bug where shurikens would get stuck on the edge of the screen if when you threw them Mar 10 22 update - made music louder and fixed jumping sound effects Mar 17 22 update - completely rewrote the code for shurikens to make it more solid and more efficient so they will hopefully work all the time :) sorry about that Mar 30 22 update - the sword is now based on sprite rotation rather than frame by frame costume animation, this means that the sword should be more consistent, and should appear smoother. it should hopefully work the exact same as the old sword.
