I WILL BE PROVIDING AN EXPLANATION BELOW You have to click the flag enough times until a broadcast is activated, from here, you need to wait 1-10 seconds for the volume to increase from 1-10. Once it reaches 51+, an orange-ish oval shape will appear. You have to click on scratch cat to make him grow enough to touch the orange oval. Once the orange oval is touched, scratch cat will move 10 units on the y-axis. Repeat this for 5 times. Once scratch cat reaches the y-axis of 50, then he will return back to (0, 0). This will make him move 1 step. You have to repeat this process enough times to make him move 10 steps.
