Alright! House of Wolves is here! And with it came the Vestian Dynasty, a legendary sidearm, which is a new weapon class. This is my new favorite secondary. Lets get to the perks. Most of its perks are directed towards Fallen demise. For example, the perk Disciplinarian grants bonus damage to Fallen soldiers and the perk Mutineer has a chance of disabling captain's abilities. Also, the perk Reverse Ammo makes sure you have ammo when you respawn. The problem is, now that House of Wolves is out, they did not make it year two. Here's the rest of the upgrades. ◾Reserve Ammo: This weapon always has ammo on respawn. ◾Ascend: Increase the Attack value of this weapon to the highest available in Year 1. (Cost: 750 Glimmer, 20 Resources, and 1 Etheric Light) ◾Smooth Ballistics: Less recoil. Penalty to range. ◾Accurized Ballistics: More range and impact. Increased recoil. ◾Field Choke: More range and impact. Increased recoil. ◾Disciplinarian: This weapon deals a small amount of damage to Fallen enemies. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources) ◾Mutineer: This weapon has a chance of suppressing a Fallen Captain's abilities. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources) ◾Snapshot: Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources) ◾Fitted Stock: Increases weapon stability. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources) ◾Speed Reload: Reload this weapon quickly. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources) ◾Reactive Reload: Reloading this weapon after a kill grants a damage bonus for a short time. (Cost: 400 Glimmer, 5 Weapon Parts, and 5 Resources)
