<<MUSICAL MATCH>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> NOTE: This is not fully finished, it is the main gist, but I will be adding clefs and maybe more features later. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> It's been a long time since I shared anything 'cos I've been really busy, so here's a new project after about 3 whole months! Also, I kept giving up on this one because I couldn't decide what to put in it =p Please give me your suggestions to build it up into a full game (increased questions, more clefs, notes on leger lines, smoother gameplay, etc.) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> How to play: Click on the correct note name from the two options after seeing the note displayed. For tutorial on how to read music notes, scroll down in notes and credits. You get 1 point per correct option, 0 for incorrect, 0 if you don't answer before the timer runs out. Your overall score is displayed at the end. Have fun! (I agree, it is a bit short, but hopefully I can add more questions later) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> If you scrolled all the way here, comment 'Treble = Trouble!'
Warning: It might occasionally glitch a bit and give both options as the same note, no idea why. Timer made with some help from @griffpatch 's tutorial Music 'sunny' from bensound.com Rest (code and art) by me ___________________________________________ How to read music: To start with, a few signs you need to know: ♩ = Note (consists of notehead, the circular bit, and the beam, the line attached) ?= Musical Score with a treble clef Music is written on the score, also called the staff/stave. How you read it depends on the clef. Each line and space corresponds to a particular note. Depending on the line or space on which the notehead is, the name of the note is different. The note to line/space pairs for TREBLE CLEF are: ______________F_______________ E ______________D_______________ C ______________B_______________ A ______________G_______________ F ______________E_______________ The way to memorise them: Lines- E G B D F (Every Good Bird Does Fly) Spaces- F A C E (Face) (You read the notes from the bottom) That's it, hope you got it! :D ___________________________________________ <Squeaky out!>
