For the first level, it will move you right automatically. You have to get to the top of the road onto the grass. For the second level, you have to swim to the top of the water and into the button, but this time, the frog won't move by itself. Once you reach button, you have beat the game. (If it doesn't end when you reach the button, I am sorry... I couldn't figure it out).
