Hey there! Welcome to our bonus content project for our comic, The Network (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/621138033/). (link not working but idrc) If you haven't already read that, you should go read it first. The different buttons will each take you to separate sections. Use space, arrow keys, and swiping to change slides (simply tapping the screen won't work!). The menu icon in the bottom right corner will take you back to the menu screen if you want to exit a section, and you will automatically be sent back to the menu screen after reaching the end of a section. In the bottom left corner of some slides there is a small button with a comment icon. Click it to bring up a panel containing our notes (e.g. explanations/commentary) for that slide, and click the panel to close it. We have blanked out instances of our real names (we know each other in real life so they tend to pop up.) Em is green and Kat is purple, so you know who we mean ;) Here's a list of the sections and what they are: Spare Lore - Screenshots from our worldbuilding folder! Contains writing, concept art and some infodumps. Bonus art - Network related art made by us! Contains traditional and digital art with some commentary. What's next? - A conversation/announcement about what's going to happen next with The Network (we're not continuing this story, but there might be others set in the same world at some point!) Our Process - A walk through our process, from episode plots all the way through to the final export. Contains images and commentary. Our Planning - Screenshots of our "meeting agendas". Contains loooots of discussion/explanation of plot holes and just . things we discussed. Includes lots of lore, some of it outdated! Characters - A comprehensive guide to characters featured in episode 1. Features images, commentary and fun facts. Credits - A long, sappy note thanking just about everyone for just about everything. New splash text - You'll have to find out ;)
All the art in this comic, including the background art and any sketches we release belongs to us ( and ). Please don't repost it anywhere without credit. Don't expect to understand the splash texts - they're just little easter eggs and jokes between us, and they're supposed to confuse you ;) Thanks to for the original character of Ivy. The swipe engine belongs to (and it's an absolute life saver, thank you!!!). The rest of the code was made by . Thanks to and for inspiration. You can find more detailed credits inside the project! Just play it, and you'll find the credits option in the menu. Music: MUSIC NAME AND ARTIST HERE
