Monkey-Around Documenting is a documenting service that will record names, address, and other sorts of information in an orderly manner. If information for one of the seven fields (First name, last name, phone number, street address, city, state, and zip code) are not available, simply input "None" in the input box. When asked whether you would like to add more entries, use "Yes" or "No". Answers are case sensitive, so be careful how you type.
