Ｎｅｂｕｌａ: Feisty, irritated/angered easily and honest Side characters: Nebula and Carl's mom (they're siblings) Two guards (can be dressed in any sort of uniform) News reporter NOTE: All the characters above are in their teens. It doesn't matter what race, size, religion, etc that you design and draw these characters, this is completely up to you! The ones we choose will be the ones that we think are best suited for the character All entries are due on the 1st of May, at 11:59PM EST.
