i decided to use the book I most recently read for this daily, strange girl by christopher pike this is a ya book btw, so dont read it until youre old enough :) summary: this book is about a girl named aja who just immigrated from brazil to the united states of america. shes very different from the rest of the people there, but everyone seems to be intrigued about a mysterious power she seems to have. she meets a guy named fred, and the two become quick friends. fred is in awe of the miracles that she has performed, and learns about the all the things the “big person” can do in his life, through aja. of course, a girl with powers like her wouldnt go unnoticed among the public, and the press quickly realizes the opportunities this human being has brought to them. but every time aja performs a miracle, what happens to her? (122 words) i tried not to spoil too much, in case any of you want to read this book!
