Honestly, it depends. For simple lineless art, id say it's a pretty alright tool with some flaws (I encountered a few bugs with the re-shape tool often). The biggest limitation is shading since at most you can do gradients on pre-existing shapes which leaves a lot to be desired. If you do shading at all, I'd suggest either cel-shading or simply gradients to show depth. also vector typically looks better lineless. you can make lined vector work 100% but its easier to make something look decent when its on lineless
