Character is Syrup from Puzzle & Dragons Z. He's adorable and I just *squee* P&DZ is a great game. It's for the 3DS. There's another P&D game, the original game, downloadable for free on mobile devices like tablets and (i think) smart phones. i feel like there was something else i was going to add but i cant remember
