Sorry For the lengthy title :P I took fath11's concept and added a miniscule amount of code and improved the design and created this. It's nothing more than a rough idea for us to start development, and there are bugs.
You can currently click apps, clicking the arrow is 'all apps' and move your mouse to the far left to show the navbar. Most other things are self-explanatory .
