Zorro walked along the side of the river looking down for fish. He lifted his nose to smell the drifting air. It was a clear fall day, the breeze blew slowly, but it was still strong enough to make the leaves sway and the river flow at a faster speed. “Winter’s coming.” confirmed Zorro. He walked over to the edge of the river looking into it trying to find fish. He opened his jaw and snapped down into the river, collecting a trout. He bit down harder to kill the fish, running away so no other animals found him by the scent of the freshly caught fish. He layed in the cool frosted layered grass. He took a bite from the fish. He finished up the fish, as he laid down for a nap. His eyes closed as he opened them back up again. Something was staring at him into the dark void of the forest. He stood with ease as if he were a leaf in the wind. He slowly backed away as he backed into the moonlight. It glimmered all over his frosted pelt. It started to growl as it lunged at him barking at him. It drooled all over his fur. its long brown face was baring its teeth revealing its face. It was a NoClaws hunting dog. Zorro leaped, sprinting under the dog. It followed him with a monsterous howl. In the distance there was a large bang. He looked up as he saw a NoClaw, it was tall and fierce. He ran right and he found a waterfall and a cliff. He looked behind him, seeing the NoClaw and his dog. There was no other option, he had to jump. He jumped off the cliff falling with ease, he tried to land into the water but failed to do so. His body slammed down with a large thump. It got black as he heard one word before he blacked out completely. “Hello?” Said a soft female voice. … He woke up with a jolt back where he was before. He smelt fish on his muzzle. Has it been a dream? He brushed it off as he looked up into the sky, snow blowed down on the forest. The wind whistled, and the trees swayed from side to side. The snow crunched under his paws. The snow was thick and the grass was no longer showing. He stood up and shaked the snow off his fluffy pelt. His way had been blown away by the snow, he couldn't remember which way to go. Zorro padded along the snow until he found his scent. Alright, so I go the opposite way. He padded into the forest, as the snow blew quicker. … Zorro walked along a Rabbit path. He smelt the burning gas from the NoClaws wretched beasts. He ran across it quickly to ovide the beasts. He noticed he was on the path of a farm. He heard a ruffle of grass as he spun around to find another fox. He was surprised, not by the fox being there, but of the red bandana on him. “Hello? Who are you?” Zorro snapped “Woah, calm down buddy. I mean no harm,” he said with his young, soft, calming voice, “Im Henry, now it's only fair that you tell me your name.” “Im Zorro, if you don't mind me asking what are you doing here?” “I would ask the same question, I live here. There's a sweet dog here named skya.” What? Sweet? What was he talking about? “How could a dog be sweet? They kill foxes! Also, live here? How? I bet the NoClaw would take you away faster than a rabbit hop.” “It's what I mean, she's nice. Well it's because I saved her from starving in the forest. Also, you mean humans? They aren't that bad. Well some of them are.” “What do you mean by some of them!? They are all bad, and dogs! They are even worse!” He growled. “How about I show you, follow me.” “Oh no! I'm not following you to my demise!” Zorro backed up. “Fine, but still I ask the same question. What are you doing here?” Zorro tried to remember what he was doing here “I got lost trying to find the Crystal River.” “Maybe I could be of assistance and lead the way. I know where it is, it's not far from here.” Henry started to walk south. “Alright, but no funny business. I don't want to be eaten by a dog.” Zorro followed after Henry.
