I used paint.net (https://www.getpaint.net) to make this and then imported it to scratch. It's pretty similar to Minecraft Steve, this was not intended, I just didn't know what other colors to make the clothes of my Minecraft-esque OC, so I just went with Blue & Blue like Steve.
