(press space or click) for those of you who don't know, Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, has declared war on Ukraine and is invading them as we speak. people have died. people are dying. people will continue to die. there's been a lot of bloodshed in the past few days. there may be a bit of hope though. on feb. 24, i believe, in my last class my teacher showed me a photo of people in RUSSIA that did not ask for the war, did not like it, and did not support it. shortly after the photo was taken the Russian police showed up and started arresting people (so says, my teacher). but that means that even people in Russia don't like what their government is doing to Ukraine and that gives me a little bit of hope. what's happening is terrible. my good friend is from Ukraine and she said that her grandma lives in (or near) Kyiv, which is the capital of Ukraine, and it is getting attacked right now. she is extremely worried for her, and i am too. and of course, i am worried for all the people in Ukraine right now. also, i would like to bring attention to the music that i chose for this project. this song is an original song called Lifeline by @NerdyKitty2539. i chose this because even though she made this song to, "share my feelings on BLM for the Scratch community," (-Nerdy) i thought this song conveyed a similar message for this crisis that is going on right now. all in all, stop with the jokes. stop messing around with this. start praying. the war is real. please, spread these tags and even more: #UkrainianLivesMatter #PrayForUkraine #StandWithUkraine #AllLivesMatter #WeNeedPeace (give me tags and i will add them) thank you for taking your time to read this. ~peace
