I can still remember the day we met I remember that you waved But I didn’t wave back I can still remember when you asked me If I would go on a date I told you I already had a date I can still remember at the last day of school You asked me again But I was too worried, again I can still remember years later I got a call That you where sick In the hospital I can remember I was too ashamed to come A week later I was told you were done And now I’m here at your grave Wondering why I didn’t say yes? Who was I kidding? Who was I trying to impress?
