Peachy yet pale white skin that makes her look like a glass doll. Double-lidded, roundish almond shaped, greyish eyes with a hint of dark blue in them, usually turned into cat eyes with eyeliner. Rosy lips, small but proportional nose, along with a small face. Her body is thin but somewhat petite pear shaped. Selene is a bit insecure about her body though, so she usually hides it with long dresses. At home, it's nearly impossible to find her not wearing her favorite vintage lace cottagecore nightgown, but when she goes out, she usually wears balloon sleeved maxi dresses in pastel floral prints, and white flats. Her closet also has oversized hoodies and sweaters, a few jeans, leggings. Height: 5'8 Backstory: Selene had been born independent and more mature than the rest of her age group. Her older brother often depended on her and she didn't mind much since it ended up working in her favor. She helped him gain friends, put on his band aids, and sometimes stopped their parents from arguing when it got too much for her brother. Her brother often was made fun of acting babyish, and she pretended like she didn't care as long as Elios was happy, but actually really hated that her older brother was getting teased because of her. She wasn't always mature. Selene actually felt overwhelmed, even at a young age, but since her older brother depended on her so much, she had to be the strength for both of them. Especially when their parents got divorced at the age of 7. Her brother, Elios, was a sobbing mess and Selene, herself felt incredibly upset, but continued to ignore her own emotions for her brother. She suggested they get matching rings with a promise that they would be close siblings forever. Their filthy rich father took custody of both of them, so Selene and Elios were able to live under the same roof and continue going to the same schools. As they grew up, Selene began realizing how much damage she had done to her mental health by sealing her emotions away, but didn't want to shut out her brother, so instead she tried to slowly distance herself from him so that he could learn to be independent. And just as if Elios knew her plans, he improved himself, which gave Selene room for focusing on herself. Her personality didn't shift much, but she had become more stable, internally and externally. Every now and then, Elios still needs Selene's saving, but it's no longer so much that it's overwhelming, and Selene is glad Elios is still Elios when they were younger in some ways. Personality: (ISFJ) Selene considers herself a peaceful and calm person. She's not. There have been multiple times where she's let her anger take over herself, though it's really only been when people insult her brother. However, she is very open to hearing other's problems and loves helping them, even though this sometimes means she forgets to take care of herself. She can get very enthusiastic and emotional about the the things she loves or hates. She's not really insecure, and moreso self-aware. Selene knows her strengths and weaknesses, and doesn't undermine herself often. Although, sometimes things do get caught up in her head and she becomes insecure. Like her brother, she can be shy, but still has positive vibes that draw people in to wanting to be her friend. To those that she's closer to, she can be more childish (in attempts to keep a good mood) and often teases them as well.
