Guide to Clues: Every time one word count group reaches 50 shirogane, 100 shirogane, 150, and so on in multiples of 50 - though keep in mind, the numbers may change based on activity levels - the entire cabin will be able to receive an important piece of Intel from one of our leaders. This will tell us which cabins that we might be able to “sneak into” – to both look for the stolen Amulet and to give us information on the cabins and their relevant or irrelevant quirks, which could be important for deciding which cabins to investigate further. The first time you receive Intel, you’ll be given an option for three different cabins to look into. The cabin you select will be offered again to you the next time, as well as two others. The second time you look into a cabin, you will receive a guaranteed final judgement as to whether or not that cabin is the culprit. There is also a low chance that the final judgement will appear the first time. The cabin will still appear in your options the next time, though it would be virtually pointless to choose that – we’ll remind you if you forget. All decisions must be made by the cabin as a group – we trust you’ll be able to debate effectively and ultimately decide on one cabin to receive a clue about. Every time we hit a shirogane milestone, the leader of that group will comment in the Mystery cabin with the three options for clues. Campers can discuss above that comment. Once the Mystery group has come to a decision, someone can reply to the leader with the final cabin of choice, and as soon as the leader has seen it, they’ll comment the clue at the top. The Notes and Credits of this project will serve as a record for all received clues so far. And that’s about all you need to know for our storyline! Apologies if this seems a bit too long, but we would really appreciate your reading it. Thank you and best of luck ;D ADVENTURE: Investigated 0 of 2 times Clues: Final Judgement: N/A THRILLER: Investigated 2 of 2 times Clues: #1: We fly a drone low over Thriller Island with permission from its leaders. We try to detect jade on the surface, but we can’t look at any underground hiding spots. #2: The Thriller leaders let us have a closer look at the Island with old-style underground rovers. We discover lots of cool cave systems, but no Amulet. Final Judgement: Thriller is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. HORROR: Investigated 1 of 1 times Clues: : The Horror Avenue is like home for us ninjas – there’s plenty of space to use our techniques and sneak around. The Horror leaders offer us as much time as we need to look around, and eventually we figure that the Amulet can’t be found. Final Judgement: Horror is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. NON-FI: Investigated 2 of 2 times Clues: : The museum operators let us into the Non-Fi Museum, so long as we promise not to damage anything. The museum is huge – it’s dark by the time we’ve only gotten through a third of it, and we conclude that we have to stop. The leaders seem genuinely earnest, so there’s good reason to assume that the Amulet isn’t in the other two-thirds of the museum either. : We want to be absolutely sure, so we make a final request of the Non-Fi leaders to search the remainder of the museum. They agree, though seeming a bit offended, and we finish it off with no sign of the Amulet. Final Judgement: Non-Fi is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. FAN-FI: Investigated 2 of 2 times Clues: : We find a portal mistakenly left open to the world between worlds. It looks like they have lots of access to hiding spots in other worlds. : We ask the leaders, who provide us with an instrument that can detect specific compounds through portals. We make sure it works, and we change the setting to jade. We look through all the portals we can, and though we find some pretty cool jade sculptures that we hand over to Fan-Fi, the amulet is nowhere to be found. Final Judgement: Fan-Fi is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. REAL-FI: Investigated 0 of 2 times Clues: Final Judgement: N/A POETRY: Investigated 0 of 2 times Clues: Final Judgement: N/A
CONTINUED (previous clues above) SCI-FI: Investigated 1 of 2 times Clues: #1: We have access to a surveillance device on the Sci-Fi Spacewreck, but it doesn’t give us much. It’s hard to get anything on a Spacewreck, though it would also be very difficult to hide something there. Final Judgement: N/A FAIRY TALES: Investigated 1 of 2 times Clues: #1: The Fairy Tales leaders deny us passage into their forest. We still manage to get a few ninjas to sneak in and look around, but we can only access a very limited portion. Final Judgement: N/A DYSTOPIAN: Investigated 0 of 2 times Clues: Final Judgement: N/A CONTEMPORARY: Investigated 2 of 2 times Clues: #1: Camp Contemporary catches us in the act of sneaking into their fancy buildings, but they welcome us – despite our enmity. Their intention is probably to intimidate us with their extremely modern campus, and it works. We’re mostly distracted from our search by the glamorous architecture, and by the end we are still not sure if they are the culprit behind the theft or not. #2: We finally finish our search with nothing to show for it, except some renovation plans for Mystery (the architecture and technology is simply ingenious). Final Judgement: Contemporary is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. FANTASY: Investigated 1 of 1 times #1: The Fantasy leaders are extremely pre-prepared and the instant we step foot on their land, they find us and give us a gigantic spiel with all the evidence that they did not steal the Amulet. They won’t let us go any further onto their premises, though, and their force does seem intimidating, so we’ll have to take their word for it. Final Judgement: Fantasy is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. MYTHOLOGY: Investigated 1 of 1 times Clues: #1: Elle catches us in the act of sneaking onto the paradise. Grudgingly, she lets Birdi proceed, and Birdi checks the entire island over. Elle says she’s disappointed Birdi doesn’t have more faith in her, and Birdi shrugs – “We *are* enemies. But you’re clear.” Final Judgement: Mythology is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. HI-FI: Investigated 2 of 2 times Clues: #1: We send one ninja diplomatically through the time machine to speak with the Hi-Fi leaders, because there’s no way we can safely travel through time without their knowing. They are the experts, after all. They’re a bit hostile toward us, but they let us do a very basic search, leaving plenty of places unchecked. #2: Now that we somewhat know the rules of time travel from our diplomatic mission, we manage to enter their workshop again and do a more extensive search, but we do not find the Amulet. Final Judgement: Hi-Fi is NOT the culprit behind the theft of the Amulet. MYSTERY: Investigated 1 of 2 times Clues: #1: That’s our cabin! We can search our own cabin as thoroughly as we want, but the treasury is locked securely after the theft of the Amulet. The leaders have performed Purifying rituals to rid their minds of the answer to the locks, and they refuse to undo the rituals and open the doors until we have found the Amulet. Final Judgement: N/A
