Space to launch Up arrow for turbo (10 cash, 50 fuel)
It seems that a while ago, scratch's TPS was reworked and that broke this game. Maybe also my latest update (I seriously don't remember this was like 3-4 years ago) I might fix it at some point if I ever find the motivation.
