Driving will be extreamly difficult to imposible and posibly Leathal. Conditions could result in less that and 8th of a mile vision. Snow rates could exeed 3-4 inches an hour with localy higher posible. Lake effect will take over after day 2, causeing additional, unpredictable snow accumulations. Precautions and cautions: Do not drive. If you must, then take a winter kit.
