Hello hello! Welcome to the start of my women's history month, a drawing a day. I'm not going off of a specific list, but I am going to be spinning a wheel everyday to figure out who I will draw. There are so many amazing women in history who I will sadly not get to draw. But the positive to the situation is that the female gender is so very inspiring that I cannot even get close to including the majority of amazing women. The full list of women (and girls) who the wheel will be choosing from is at the bottom of the instructions. In (very) short, Colette was an inspirational, descriptive (female) french writer. She was born on Jan. 28, 1873. Her main expertise in writing being romance, she made many successful pieces. She has been mentioned as, "A woman of letters". She made an influence on fashion of the time and became very bold in all the statements she made. Her work is beyond worthy of being part of my "A drawing a day".
